SINUS CRESTAL APPROACH KIT

$0.00

Feature

  • A kit to serrate sinus membrane after approaching to the crestal area.
  • Possible of safe serration using the reamer and diamond bur.
  • Possible of serrate sinus membrane using water pressure with Aqua Tip
  • Carry out drilling to the end in line with the thickness of the maxillary bone after installing the Initial Drill 1.8 to a stopper. (800~1000RPM)
  • Carry out drilling to the end of the maxillary bone after installing the Initial Drill 2.3 to a stopper. (800~1000RPM)
  • Carry out reaming the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus using 2.8 Sinus Reamer. (800~1000RPM)
  • Carry out reaming the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus using 3.3 Sinus Reamer. (800~1000RPM) Use Sinus Reamer (Ø2.8, Ø3.3, Ø3.8, Ø4.2) sequentially to carry out reaming the bone up to the size a step smaller than the implant size to be placed.
  • Use Diamond Reamer for confirming if the membrane is serrated finally or for the area where the serration is difficult in terms of anatomy. (1000RPM~1200RPM)
  • Serrate sinus membrane using water pressure serration with Aqua Tip after checking if the drilling is done finally on the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus.
  • Used for confirmation with a depth gage to check the drilling depth after water pressure serration or for membrane drilling or bone graft serration.
  • Used for the bone filling in the serrated area after the serration of sinus membrane using the bone syringe at the end

Additional Information
Stopper

1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm (10 EA in total) – Possible of safe drilling after installing to the drill and reamer.

Initial Drill

Ø1.8 Drill, Ø2.3 Drill (2 EA in total), possible of installing a stopper Connect a stopper to carry out drilling up to the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus.

Sinus Reamer

Ø2.8, Ø3.3, Ø3.8, Ø4.2 (4 EA in total), possible of installing a stopper. Sinus membrane shall not be drilled although sinus membrane is directly contacted after connecting a stopper and reaming the cortical bone.

Diamond Bur

Possible of installing a Ø2.8 stopper – Sinus membrane is not drilled although sinus membrane is directly contacted, and it may be used for the final drill on the surgery at the same time of confirming sinus membrane drilling.

Bone Syringe

Ø3.5 / Ø4.0 – Used for the input of bone implant to the maxillary bone

Depth Gauge

Possible of installing a stopper – Used for depth measurement and confirmation on sinus membrane perforation

Aqua Tip

Ø2.8(2.8~3.8), Ø3.3(3.3~4.2) Serrate sinus membrane safely using water after reaming the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus with the reamer.

Water pressure sinus handle adapter

Used for fixing Aqua Tip to the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus with the hands

Silicone Tube

Used for serration using water pressure in connection with Aqua Tip Syringe
